TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All information is subject to change. Cruise Everything reserves the right to substitute the hotel, an event or show with another of equal or higher value. Since our hotel is located in the Theatre District, walking will be required to the theatres and the Back Stage Tour.

Fully escorted and Includes hotel accommodations in a standard room with king bed or two twin Beds (3-nights), double occupancy, tickets to two Broadway Shows, Dinner Jazz Cruise with motorcoach transfers, Backstage Tour and Lunch, Theatre World Awards, Escort Fees, and all taxes and fees for listed. Gratuities included for guides, motorcoach drivers, dinner cruise and lunch listed.

Please add 3% for payments made by Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Rates do not include airport transfers, airfare, airport and hotel baggage handling gratuities, meals unless indicated, travel insurance and other items of a personal nature. Upgraded room available at additional cost. Deposit is 50% with final payment due on April 1, 2009. Cancellation Penalties are as follows: At deposit to February 1, 2009, $250.00 per person; February 2 to March 31, 2009, $900.00 per person: April 1, 2009 or later, no refund.

Optional Travel and Cancellation Protection Insurance: $153.00 per person for double occupancy listed above and $197.00 per person for single occupancy listed above. (Please add $5.00 for each policy issued) Insurance prices are based on packages listed above. Adding air and other add-ons will increase insurance premium.
