The Theatre World Awards: Since 1944, the Theatre World Awards have honored six actresses and six actors who are making their Debut Performance in a Broadway or Off-Broadway production. The Theatre World Awards are supported by an advisory committee, which includes past winners Alan Alda, Carol Channing, Victor Garber and James Earl Jones. This ceremony is by invitation only for former winners and invited members of the Broadway theatre community. Never open to the public, Cruise Everything will be the first group invited to see the awards and mingle with celebrities attending the event. Even though we can’t predict who will be there this year, past winners and presenters have included Bernadette Peters, Harry Connick, Jr., Liza Minnelli, Helen Mirren, Alan Arkin, Alec Baldwin, Joan Allen, Cynthia Nixon, Richard Gere, Hank Azaria, Lucy Arnaz and many more. Backstage Theatre Tour and Lunch: Hosted by New York’s premier theatre historian, Joe Rosenberg, this tour will be a walking exploration of the much heralded redevelopment of 42nd Street, involving the restoration and reuse of some of New York's oldest and finest Broadway Theatres still in existence, as well as the creation of new entertainment complexes. While we are exploring the miraculously rejuvenated 42nd Street, the doors of The New Amsterdam Theatre (Former home of the Ziegfeld Follies) will be opened exclusively for our guests, who will enjoy a private visit to one of the world’s most beautiful, and wonderfully restored, Art Nouveau theatres. Inside we will see Florenz Ziegfeld’s office, which is not open to the public, and have a private meeting with the Vice-President of Disney Theatricals. After our tour we will have three-course lunch at the historic restaurant “Firebird” and meet actors appearing in “Billy Elliott” and “9 to 5.” Not only will they give a very “behind-the-scenes” discussion, but will entertain us with a private show accompanied by the keyboardist from the hit musical “Wicked.” CLICK HERE FOR MORE DETAILS ON OUR BACKSTAGE TOUR!

Billy Elliott: A funny, heart-warming and feel-good celebration of one young boy's dream in a gripping tale of triumph over adversity. Based on the enormously popular film, this powerful new musical is the story of a boy who discovers he has a special talent for dance, while the boys all around him are more interested in boxing. An unprecedented smash in the West End, where it has won 9 Best Musical awards, broken UK box office records and continues to sell out nightly, BILLY ELLIOT has been created by the film's director (Stephen Daldry), writer (Lee Hall) and choreographer (Peter Darling), who are joined by music legend Elton John, one of the most celebrated pop songwriters of the last 30 years. This is currently the hardest ticket to get on Broadway!
