The following is Cruise Everything’s Cancellation Service Fee Polcy for all individual reservations and unspecified group reservations. Some group reservations will have a separate Cancellation Service Fee policy.
Please note that the cancellation service fees listed below are in addition to any penalties imposed by the cruise line and/or vendor. (Please see cruise line and /or vendor brochure for additional information) A claim may be made to Travel Guard Insurance for all cancellation penalties and fees imposed by the cruise line, vendor and Cruise Everything. Insurance premiums are non-refundable and may not be claimed on insurance.
Upon deposit, but before Cruise Line and/or Vendor Cancellation Penalties:
A Service Fee of
$50.00 per person for 1 to 8-day vacations
$75.00 per person for 9 to 14-day vacations
$100.00 per person for 15 to 24-day vacation
$125.00 per person for 25-day or more vacation
At the start of Cruise Line and/or Travel Vendor Cancellation Penalties:
A Service Fee of:
15% of the cruise/vendor rate
10% of pre and/or post Vacation Land/Hotel Packages
For certain group cruises and travel arrangements, different cancellation policies may apply.
Please consult the cruise line and/or vendor travel brochure to confirm the applicable cancellation policies. Cancellation fees apply to the entire cruise booking, including cruise fare, non-discountable amounts, air add-ons, ground transfers, pre-cruise and post-cruise hotel and tour packages.
If you made your payments for your vacation by credit card: Upon cancellation of your vacation, Cruise Everything will charge the above fee to your credit card. You may make a claim for this fee to Travel Guard and it will be included in your insurance claim refund. All cruise line refunds will be made directly to your credit card.
Fees incurred as a result of cancellation cannot be applied to future bookings. Name changes require the prior approval of Cruise Everything and the cruise line and/or vendor. At most cruise lines and vendors, name changes and departure date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.
